Our Managing Director Denis Green has worked within Healthcare Recruitment for more than fifteen years. During that time, he has gained invaluable experience in meeting the unique challenges of the sectors we serve. He has the benefit of entering the Healthcare Recruitment sector at the bottom rung and progressing through to the stage where we were able to open our Agency.

He has worked across multiple disciplines within Health and Social Care including Domiciliary Care, Children’s Services, Residential Care, Physical/Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. His roles within Healthcare Recruitment range from being a Director of Sales
and Operations, heading up the Residential Care division across multiple locations and has started up a Healthcare Recruitment agency which supplied over 30,000 hours of support within it’s first year.

He has been a Registered Manager and Care Services Manager for Children Services across East Anglia leading to him gaining a level 4 diploma in management and then progressing on to gain his level 5 diploma in health and social care management.

The success has come from the long-term relationships built with clients and candidates over these years. Denis’ passion and commitment is at the heart of our approach having a genuine desire to give both an unparalleled, tailored and personalised service.
