When we find a good match, we will submit the candidate in compliance with GDPR, but not before seeking your consent. We will keep you informed and always seek the necessary consent at all stages of the recruitment process. Then, we will present the candidate in a clear and professional manner, so you can rest assured that you are on the right track to hiring a candidate that best fits your business!
Interviews & next steps
We are happy to assist you and the candidates through the interview process. For the initial interview, we can offer an online video interview, based on your criteria shortlist. We have access to some of the industry’s best video conferencing software. You can relax and sit back, knowing that all parties will be kept informed at all times, and everything will be communicated in a simple and precise manner.
Communication will continue throughout our partnership, and any questions you may have will be responded to with priority. Once the candidate is chosen and officially becomes an employee, an invoice will be generated.
Lastly, with each placement, you will be provided with a report to make sure you have all of the details and documentation.
